The Saluda River is one of the main tributaries of the Congaree River. This is a paddle that features a couple patches of turbulent water, high bluffs, heavily wooded banks, fallen trees and a variety of wildlife and flora. Trees that you will see include cypress, a variety of oak species, river-birch and more. Wildlife you may see include a variety of different bird species including seagulls. Fishing is decent on this part of the river too.
